During our meetings this week we started off by creating a 'to do' list off all things we needed to get done. This made it more clear for all of us to see what we had to. Some of the things we had to were quite important and big tasks, for example creating a website flat plan and an album cover flatplan. For tasks like these we split them up and worked on them individually.
We also began to make a list of the sequencing, and all of the possible different scenes that we were going to film. Under each scene we listed the props that we would need, this gave us a clear idea of what we would need to start looking at buying, finding, or borrowing before the shoot.
We also made a list of all of the different things that we needed to test. We had quite a lot of different ideas for our video and we weren't sure how many of them would turn; to save time on shoot we decided that we should try some things out first so we could see if they worked well enough to use in the real thing.
